    We do not provide returns or exchanges for International orders. If you received the wrong product or the product has a material or manufacture flaw, please use the Submit a request form and we will make arrangements to have the product replaced.

    Products purchased from a Retail Store must be returned to the store it was purchased from. If you received the wrong product or the product has a material or manufacture flaw, please use the Submit a request form and we will make arrangements to have the product replaced.

    Upon receipt of your order from lugz.com, please examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order within 30 days you may return your unworn merchandise in its original package for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate exchanges. However, you may return and repurchase. Please note a return can take 21 business days to process and once processed the refund will post within an additional 2-3 business days. During holidays and after holidays it can take a little longer.

    We do not charge for return shipping however, a restocking fee of $5.99 per unit will be deducted from your refund.

    To honor your return, your items must meet the below criteria:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and tags attached
    • New condition and in original box
    • Purchased within 30 days

    Please note if returned merchandise does not meet the above criteria, we have the right to reject or refuse your refund.

    To initiate a return:

    • Login to your Lugz account visit your Order’s page and click ‘Request Return’ on the order containing the item you’d like to return.(If you do not have an account you will be instructed to create an account.)
    • You will be provided a prepaid UPS shipping label for your return. Please print out the shipping label and the return authorization form and include them in your package. Once your shipment has been received, please allow 3-7 business days for processing.

    Shipping is not refundable. Shipping charges will be fully refunded ONLY if Lugz.com has sent the wrong item or the item is found to be defective.
